Whether you feel called to express yourself, need to write for a specific purpose, view writing as a centering practice, or desire professional feedback or guidance, I am happy to support your journey. I currently offer remote sessions via Google Meet, Zoom, or phone. If the options below are not exactly what you seek, please describe your needs via my contact form or a brief introductory call.
Depending on your needs, coaching sessions may involve generative exercises, reflection, feedback and revision, professional support, and/or a discussion of next steps. If you wish, sessions can integrate mindfulness practices, visual art, movement, and/or visualizations–or focus only on the writing.
Some popular options…
Generative or Exploratory Writing Sessions
For those who benefit from guided writing sessions in a nonjudgmental container. Sessions are designed to meet the needs and interests of each unique writer.
Coaching for Experienced/Professional Writers
You identify as an advanced or proficient writer or literary artist and seek support in refining a project, jump starting your writing after a pause, or exploring next steps. You may be trying to bridge the gap between an academic program and professional pursuits. You seek constructive feedback and/or encouragement.
Writing to Heal
Experience writing as a tool for processing life transitions or for healing; to express your unique experiences and perspectives; and to channel challenging emotions.
*If you (or your child) need frequent support for a period of time, I sometimes have space for daily sessions at a reduced rate.
*Please note that while I have experience working with youth and adults in crisis, I am not a licensed therapist and cannot offer clinical guidance or advice.
